Jeffrey Pfeffer (Saint Louis, 1946) an American business theorist and the Thomas D. Dee II Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University is considered one of the most influential management thinkers of modern times.

Jeffrey Pfeffer

He studied at Carnegie-Mellon University and received his PhD from Stanford. He previously taught at the business school of the University of Illinois and the University of California, Berkeley. Pfeffer has written hundreds of articles and dozens of books on topics including leadership, evidence-based management, and high performance culture. He is an advisor to several companies and a sought-after speaker worldwide.
