Research Quality Care Tilburg University
Tilburg University attaches great importance to the quality of its academic research. Therefore, all research conducted at Tilburg University is periodically reviewed by national or international panels consisting of renowned scholars. Such external peer review is carried out every six years.
The Tilburg University Executive Board is responsible for research assessment. The Standard Evaluation Protocol 2021-2027 (SEP), formulated by the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW), the Association of Universities in the Netherlands (VSNU), and the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO), is used as a template for these peer review exercises.
