Tilburg School of Economics and Management ranks high in Economists Top 40
As in previous years, the researchers of the Tilburg School of Economics and Management (TiSEM) do well in the Economists Top 40. In the 2021 edition, Tilburg University ranks second, just like last year, after Erasmus University Rotterdam, and TiSEM takes the lead again its output of high-impact articles.
The Economists Top 40 is an annual ranking of researchers working at Dutch universities and is published in the Economische Statistische Berichten magazine. In the 2021 edition, not only TiSEM as an institution does well; its individual researchers also perform extremely well. Six Tilburg University researchers are listed in the Top 40 and the only listed woman is from Tilburg: Sigrid Suetens (#31).
