Venue and Registration Regulatory Governance Conference 2016

Registration

Online registration. On site registration is also possible: at the registration desk on 6 July our support team can help you fill out a special form and you will need to pay the conference fee (see below) by credit card.

ECPR Standing Group on Regulatory Governance Membership

The ECPR SG on Regulatory Governance is the primary support for the biennial conference. Starting this year, the ECPR umbrella organization requires its Standing Groups to maintain a formal record of its members in order to maintain central support from ECPR. Membership is free of charge and easy to arrange through the ECPR website. Scroll to the Standing Group on Regulatory Governance and click on ‘Join’. You then need to log into your MyECPR account (if you do not have yet one, you can create one; this is free of charge, also if the institution where you work is not an ECPR member). Should you have any queries at all about this please do not hesitate to contact the standing group or the ECPR at standinggroups@ecpr.eu.

It is important to note that being a subscriber to the regulatory governance email list does not constitute membership with the standing group.

Fees and Grants

The following conference fees apply for participation in the conference:

      • 255 euro regular fee (including free membership of the ECPR SG on Regulatory Governance)
      • 180 euro graduate student fee (including free membership of the ECPR SG on Regulatory Governance).

Fees cover: the welcome reception at the Trappist monastery, the conference dinner, three lunches, coffee/tea, access to all conference events, transportation to the off site event.

Requests for travel grants or fee waivers are not longer possible and the early bird fees no longer apply.

      Venue

The registration desk and rooms for the conference sessions, panels and talks, are all conveniently located in one building on the campus of Tilburg University - building C, short for Cobbenhagen building. The campus is located some five kilometers out of town. Find a route description on the website. Good public transport is available, either by bus (from the city center, two minute walk from bus stop to building C) or train (from the city center and all other cities, eight-minute walk from the train station to building C). Sufficient and easy parking spaces are provided as well.

For more information, please see the Conference Program. You will get a paper copy in your conference back but you can also download it from this website.
