Expertise Department Human Resource Studies
The department of Human Resource Studies, located in a social and behavioral sciences school rather than a business or economics environment, takes a balanced approach in studying the exchange relationships between employer and employee at different levels of analysis (individual, team, organizational, and societal level) and both from the perspective of the employer/manager/owner as from the perspective of the employee/individual.
Our department has a strong international focus, with a strong institutional linkage with prestigious research centers. This focus can be divided in four main categories on which our department has expertise. These areas of expertise are as follows:
