The process to draft our Strategic Plan 2018-2022 went through a number of phases. In the first phase, the preparation phase that ran from September to December 2016, a core team was put together to support the process. In October 2016, the Executive Board held preliminary consultations with the Deans and Managing Directors of our Schools, and an analysis of relevant Insights and Trends for our future was made. These Trends and Insights were used in the subsequent phases, and helped us frame our dialogues and conversations about our Strategy with both internal (all employees and staff of Tilburg University) as well as external stakeholders (our alumni and strategic partners).
