Career Strategy Program

Tilburg University supports academics in developing their careers. The Career Strategy Program provides individual coaching, peer review grow your career sessions and joint training.

Tilburg University offers a yearlong coaching program to female senior researchers, assistant and associate professors that focuses on career strategy, goal setting, building leadership capacity, visibility, networking, profiling, gender dynamics, and work-life balance. Through the process of transformative and double-loop learning, coach Linda der Wal guides participants in developing skills and capacities. The program is designed to be customized to specific situation and learning goals.

Thanks in part to the Career Strategy Program, candidates successfully undertake concrete career steps regarding among other things promotions and securing grants. The 2018 and 2019 trajectories were evaluated with a 9!
