Experiment Board

The Experiment Board helps you translate your ideas into experiments so that you can quickly test your assumptions. Fast and continuous experimentation is crucial at every stage of your startup and every assumption you make. It is therefore one of the most important activities of a startup.

The Experiment Board was developed by Trevor Owens and Grace Ng from Javelin. It is a visual canvas and easy to use.

What do you get out of it?

You design experiments quickly to validate your assumptions, and you keep an overview of the progress on the canvas. You will find that many of your assumptions are incorrect. That's okay: Fail fast, Succeed faster with the aim of developing a product or service that customers are really waiting for.

Get started quickly

The preparation is simple: watch the video, ask your business developer for an A1-sized canvas and a stack of post-its and get started. You can also fill in digitally with the fillable PDF. You can of course also print this.
