Detraining: the first weeks

Now that the gyms and fitness centers have to close their doors for the time being due to the corona crisis, the fanatical gymnast will be thinking “What to do next? There goes my hard-earned muscle mass.” But that fear is unfounded, muscle tissue does not really disappear like snow in a few weeks of inactivity. And besides, you don't have to be inactive. It's all about being creative and grabbing opportunities. Below is a proposal for the coming weeks.
