New Year, New You! The start of a new year is a great time to assess old eating habits and set new goals to be healthier. Is one of your new year’s resolution to eat healthier but you simply don’t know where to start? Are you getting enough nutrients in daily? Are you not sure if you are eating the right amount of calories?

We will look at your current diet together and give advice to (if necessary) optimize your way of eating. For example, swapping unhealthy products for healthier version, taking a closer look at amounts you eat of certain products and your daily nutrient intake.
Come prepared to the meeting and bring you an overview of your diet of at least 2 days with you; the easiest way to keep track of your diet is by using a food app: we recommend "My Eating Meter" from the voedingscentrum. Other food track apps are: My Fat Secret / My Fitness Pal / Virtuagym Food/Lifesum.
