During this course, increasing your self-confidence is central. With the help of mental and physical tools you will learn to deal with confrontational situations. Preventing annoying situations and maintaining control in case of disagreements are also key objectives of this course.

The course consists of 6 lessons and starts on Thursday November 10. The lesson time is from 10:00 - 12:00h.
