Do you feel confident doing basic spins and moves such as: Basic Invert, Climb, Inverted Crucifix, Inside & Outside Leghand and Butterfly? And are you still excited about this challenging workout? Than please join the class Tuesday evening! Since everyone is different the moves will be adjusted to fit your qualities and ambitions!
