As the name suggests, the purpose of Body shape is to improve your figure by working on overall body condition. All muscle groups are strengthened by means of (reasonably) gentle exercises performed to music.

ClubPower helps to strengthen your muscles while working off a lot of energy! It is the ideal combination for those who wish to get (or stay) in shape. ClubPower does not involve any complicated dance steps and is suitable for both men and women.

Jumping Fitness
Jumping fitness is a dynamic exercise training on a trampoline with guidance of an instructor. Classes typically start with a warming –up during which the basics will be explained. Gradually the training will intensify supported by motivating music.

Zumba
Zumba is a fitness program based on Latin American dance. It was developed by Alberto 'Beto' Perez, a Colombian dancer and choreographer who now lives in Miami. Zumba involves various fitness exercises set to music, and in that respect is similar to aerobics.
