HIIT

HIIT is a general condition training which includes all basic exercise types as well as specific muscle-toning exercises, all performed to music.

The sessions apply the interval training principle, whereby the strenuous, high-intensity exercises are alternated with gentler muscle-toning movements. The overall objective is to increase stamina.

HIIT  involves no complex steps or movements and is therefore suitable for everyone, regardless of their current level of fitness.
