Fitness instructors are at the Sports Center and can provide professional advice and explanations, and – if desired – create a personal fitness plan for you.

The gym has high-quality Life Fitness cardio equipment, including treadmills, cross-trainers, stair climbers and bikes – in addition to C2 ergometers and spinning bikes.
There is a complete line of Life Fitness strength equipment, as well as many free weights. This includes squat racks (cages), a Smith rack, a wide range of bars, plates, benches and cable-cross over.
For those wishing to do equipment-free exercises, there is a special 6x3m rubber surface where you can use bosu balls, medicine balls, ropes, gym balls, jumping boxes and mats.
Fitness instructors are at the Sports Center from 6pm Monday through Thursday and can provide professional advice and explanations, and – if desired – create a personal fitness plan for you. They also give 15-minute abs sessions.
Supervisors are at the Sports Center Friday through Sunday and they too will be only too happy to provide explanations and advice.
