Do you really want to be fit? Join Bootcamp at the Sports Center. Bootcamp is suitable for men and woman, where the emphasis lies on increasing strength, speed, stamina and agility.
By "strength" we mean functional strength that can be applied to movement patterns from everyday life. That is why we work out with everything we run into. Anything will do: little weights, coordination ladders, benches, trunks, car tires, fences or even fellow teammates. The Bootcamp trainer comes up with anything, but always safe.
