With our sports membership it is also possible to skate at the Ireen Wüst ice rink or swim at one of the three municipal swimming pools.

Lane Swimming
Lane swimming is the perfect workout. Lane swimming is healthy: it improves your condition, makes (painful) muscles supple, and is good for burning calories. You feel weightless in the water and are able to make almost all movements without problems. For this reason, it is also ideal for people with an injury.

Ice Skating
At the Ireen Wüst ice skating rink it is possible to do ice skating. T.S.S.V. Braga provides Ice skating trainings. On Monday evening there will be training sessions and the members of T.S.S.V.Braga will train during different hours.

Aqua-Aerobic
Do you want to get moving in shallow water to the rhythm of the music in a group? Then Aqua-Aerobic is for you. Aqua-Aerobic is average to high intensity work-out. In shallow water you do exercises for your arms, legs, belly and core and combination exercises.

Water polo is a ball sport in which you compete against each other while swimming.

Aqua-Bootcamp
Action, speed, stamina, power and teamwork are combined in a challenging manner in and around the swimming pool. The activity has a high intensity and takes place in both the shallow and the deep end of the pool. It's a mix of swimming and fitness that forces you to deliver maximum effort.

Aqua-Varia
Aqua varia is a collective name for all aqua forms. It's a lesson with an average to high intensity. Every week there is a different lesson. All forms take place in both shallow and deep water and to the rhythm of the music. Resistance in the water is twelve times that of air, so you work out harder and see results quicker.

Aqua-Move
Aqua-move is a low intensity work out and it takes place at Sportcomplex Drieburcht. During this lesson the focus lies on moving in the water. You can chose your own tempo so that you don't force anything. With some relaxing music in the background you work on a creating or maintaining a flexible body.

Aqua-Jogging
Aqua jogging has an average intensity. With the help of a floatation device your head remains above water and your feet don't touch the ground. This way you can do various exercises without putting a lot of strain on your muscles and joints.
