Healthy at home
In addition to physical classes, the Sports Center offers online classes to exercise at home and tips to stay healthy. This way you can stay mentally and physically fit while being at home.
Living Room Tilburg University
Maranatha remains open in this period with a Living Room for all students and employees. If you want to see someone or sit somewhere else than in your own room, you are very welcome in the cozy meeting room of Maranatha, Prof. Cobbenhagenlaan 19.
How do I take good care of myself and keep track of my studies?
Studying at home during corona times requires more self-motivation. Many students experience a lack of structure in their days. The days can become similar and you can feel aimless as a result. On this website you will find tips and advice to add more structure to your day.
Tilburg University to start with buddy system
Do you miss the contacts with your colleagues and would you like to meet up with a colleague, to call each other regularly, and to discuss what you're doing and how you're doing? Become happier: Follow a training with student Bianka26th March 2021
In April, Bianka will be giving a series of trainings on how to become happier based on scientific research to university students. You dive into the findings of positive psychology in an accessible manner and you receive practical tips that you can implement in your life.
StudyBoxx: WhatsApp community for students04th March 2021
StudyyBoxx aims to give back to students a part of what has been lost during the pandemic; social contacts, motivation and joy in connecting with people. By joining a WhatsApp group students become part of the community.
UPPEPPER website: initiative to help TSB students get through this corona time12th February 2021
Staff members from the Tilburg School of Social and Behavioral Sciences created the website UPPEPPER specifically for TSB students to stay connected during the pandemic. Students and staff can share music, dreams, quotes, inspirational books and heartwarming movies.
