Research collaboration on the ENGAGE.EU community platform
The ENGAGE.EU community platform is online. On this platform you can find colleagues and collaboration opportunities from all 9 partner universities. Members of the ENGAGE.EU community work in a wide range of fields, and have a wide range of expertise that you can connect to. Moreover, you can stay up to date on grant applications, interesting events and inspiring articles via the platform.
The ENGAGE.EU network offers exciting opportunities for researchers to collaborate on societal challenges. Our 8 research themes encourage interdisciplinary and international collaboration. You can create your own collaboration opportunity, or browse/filter in the existing opportunities. You can join a collaboration group or invite your colleagues to the platform and create your own group. The platform will be constantly updated, and after you have signed-up, you will receive your selected notifications in your inbox. So you don’t have to miss out on opportunities that fit with your research interests.
The new community platform for research collaboration has been festively launched in a celebratory event on Tuesday April 18. Over 180 researchers had already joined the community platform in the 6 weeks leading up to the launch, making the community already a vibrant and diverse place to become part of. Over 50 people joined the online event, in which prof. dr Jantine Schuit gave a keynote speech. She declared herself to be an ambassador of this research community, saying: ‘This innovative platform helps people to connect. It has the potential to reduce the amount of time spent on many core activities. And it can encourage a culture of cooperation, of fun and sharing.’
You can sign-up for the event on the platform or by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We are looking forward to meeting you in the community and to seeing many of you at our launch event!
