Textile collection points on campus

Two textile bins have been placed on campus at the CUBE Building and Restaurant Building where used clothing can be dropped off. The bins have been placed as part of promoting a sustainable, circular economy and are the result of the winner of the Deans Den of the Opening Academic Year 2021.
The textiles in the collection bins are sustainably reused from which new products are made. As part of the winners’ pitch, Canon will also offer some sustainable recycled products on campus, available for sale with discount in the Campus Store (under the walkway near the library).
In the bins, clothes, hand and tea towels, bedding, shoes, and curtains are suitable for submission.
