Paul Hoeijmans new Managing Director of Facility Services

Paul Hoeijmans has been appointed as Managing Director of the Facility Services Division, effective January 1, 2020. He has been employed at Tilburg University since 2006, first as a controller, from 2011 as deputy Director FS and Head of Real Estate Management.

In that role, he was responsible for the development and implementation of the real estate strategy, the modernization of the office buildings, the realization of CUBE, and the development of the university campus in general. Under Hoeijmans’ leadership, nine university buildings were realized or renovated. He is a strong proponent of greening our campus. He has a broad network and an eye for detail, sports, and hospitality. Before he came to Tilburg University, he worked for twelve years in various positions within the Royal Netherlands Army.

Paul Hoeijmans

Hoeijmans received officer training at the Royal Military Academy. In 2001, he graduated in Business Economics from Tilburg University. In 2010, he earned his MBA at Nyenrode and an Advanced Certificate for Executives from MIT in 2017.
