Privacy Statement Photography and Video

Tilburg University uses photographs and videos to report on events it organizes, for communication or promotional purposes via the website, for instance, or via social media or printed publications.

We do so with the greatest possible care. Participants in events are informed in advance and given the opportunity to avoid being photographed or recorded on video. For portrait photographs Tilburg University will always ask any person depicted for permission by completing and signing a Portrait Rights Statement.

If you wish to object to a photograph or video being published, please contact the Marketing & Communication Division via communication@tilburguniversity.edu, indicating clearly which publication your objection concerns.
