Announcements
Tilburg University is closed on the following days in 2024 due to public holidays. Office hours on these days will be cancelled, and we will also not be available via e-mail or appointments.
- 29 March to 1 April (Easter)
- 9 and 10 May (Ascension Day)
- 20 May (Whit Monday)
- 25 December - 1 January (Christmas and New Year)
The following changes will apply in the week of 22nd January due to the Program Introduction for new exchange students:
- 22 January: office hours cancelled
- 23 January: question walk-in in CUBE 17 from 10:15 - 11:15, in addition to regular office hours at 10:00 - 12:00 via phone and at the Student Desk
- 24 January: additional office hours at 10:00 - 12:00 via phone and at the Student Desk
- 25 January: regular office hours at 10:00 - 12:00 via phone and at the Student Desk
- 26 January: additional office hours at 10:00 - 12:00 via phone and at the Student Desk
How to contact us
There are three main ways to contact our office:
- Office hours
Our office hours take place from 10:00-12:00 hrs every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. You can call us via +31 (0) 13 466 4477, or visit us in-person at the Student Desk (Academia Building). Office hours are intended for students who have been accepted into the exchange program and who have quick questions about their exchange. Students who need a longer or more in-depth advising session are advised to make an appointment instead (see next bullet point below). You can schedule a 20 minute appointment with a Coordinator for more in-depth help regarding your exchange. Appointments take place online via Teams and must be arranged via our online booking system. Please provide as much detail as possible about your request in the booking form, so that your Coordinator can prepare any information you may need. Make sure you book your appointment with the relevant Coordinator for your region, as other Coordinators may not be able to help you. - E-mail
All types of queries can be sent to studyabroad@tilburguniversity.edu. Our response time is up to 1 week. PDF copies of documents can be sent to us via e-mail, which we can sign digitally.
