Staff of Tilburg University is here to support you in your experience abroad and is available to talk with you if you have any questions or concerns. We are available to assist you should an emergency situation ever arise.

(This is the number of Security of Tilburg University and 24 hours per day available; they will contact a staff member of the International Office if necessary)
Once you have a connection, please try to speak slowly and clearly, providing the following information:
- Your name
- Your connection with Tilburg University, e.g. incoming or outgoing exchange student
- Your location (country, city and location within the city)
- A brief explanation of the problem, the type of help you are requesting and how we can contact you (mobile or landline telephone number including the country code or an e-mail address)
It is a good idea to ask the name of the person who have spoken to, so you can refer to the conversation later on.
