Program Introduction Exchange
To ensure a good start to your studies in Tilburg, the Study Abroad & Exchange Team organizes a mandatory Program Introduction. In several sessions, you will receive all the information you need to start your semester as an exchange student at Tilburg University.
Program Introduction Schedule
This introduction will take place before in the week before your first lecture week and is a mandatory part of your exchange program. For Spring 2023 and Full Year exchange students, the Program Introduction will take place on Monday, January 23rd and Tuesday, January 24th. This Program Introduction will be fully held on campus. Mentors from ESN Tilburg will guide you as new student during these days. You will receive your program in the week prior to the Program Introduction.

Registration Days
During our Registration Days, we welcome our new international students to Tilburg and provide a number of services to make sure they have a pleasant and a well-prepared start in Tilburg. We will organize two Registration Days on August 17 and 18, 2023 for all new students starting end of August. On January 19, 2024 we will organize a Registration Days for students starting end of January.

Tilburg Orientation Program, TOP, organizes the introduction week for all new incoming students in Tilburg. Get to know Tilburg, and start with your new adventure. Participation is voluntary.
