PhD month! Workshop: Taking Your Message Beyond the Ivory Tower: Communicating about Research to a More General Audience
From the moment you are asked to provide a laymen's lecture during your doctoral defense, you as an academic are required at various times to provide both written and spoken versions of your work that are more suitable to a wider audience.
In this single-session workshop, you are provided with some tricks of the trade in how to make your scientific writing more accessible and engaging to the general public.

June is PhD month! Workshops are offered in English for PhDs from all Schools. The workshops are free of charge, but there is a maximum number of participants for each workshop, so please register quickly.
