With a specialization in Philosophy of Mind and Psychology you will have gained excellent analytical, communication and conceptual thinking skills. You will be able to reflect critically on what we (can) claim to know about the workings of the mind. And you will be able to contribute to explaining more clearly how and to what extent the workings of our minds define us as human beings.

Are you passionate about sharing your knowledge with others? If you have a good command of Dutch and meet the additional admission requirements, you have the possibility to follow a one-year post-master after your Master’s program to become a secondary school teacher in Philosophy.

Working in the Netherlands after graduation
After obtaining a Master’s degree in the Netherlands, non-EEA students can apply for a residence permit under the Orientation Year for Highly Educated Persons’ scheme. This allows you to spend a period of up to twelve months in the Netherlands to find employment.
