Date: To be announced Location: Tilburg

You want to become a Registered Accountant (RA) and you’re looking for a solid education at a renowned university. A program that covers the latest developments in the field and has teachers with cutting-edge knowledge out of personal practice. Where you build a network of talented young professionals that offer insights from their own international experiences. A post-Master’s program that allows you to combine work and education and provides you the knowledge and skills you need to take the next step in your career.

EPMA - Tilburg University

Tilburg University offers you:

  • A 2,5-year program to become a Registered Accountant (RA) in the Netherlands that starts in November of each year. Under specific conditions you can start the program in May (you will join the cohort that started in November).
  • A cultural enriching experience, special classes are given in Frankfurt and Brussels and a one-week seminar in Valencia is included.
  • Seminars are scheduled in November, May, and July, limited study-related time is planned in the busy season of January to April.
  • One or two weeks of uninterrupted blocks of classes lead to a better balance between study and work. It allows students who live remotely from campus or who frequently travel to participate.
  • An innovative curriculum, with ample attention to large recurring themes on top of  the three core classes (Financial Reporting & Financial Reporting Law, Auditing & Assurance, and Internal Control & Accounting Information Systems), including: Ethics, Data Analytics, and Sustainability.
  • High-quality faculty that mainly consists of professors and experienced practitioners. Our lecturers combine their practical experience with a passion for education. A combination that translates into interesting and relevant classes.
  • Society is changing and with it the work of the auditor. We therefore also discuss topics that go beyond traditional financial auditing curricula, including internal and operational auditing, governmental auditing, and the accountant as a financial professional.
  • Theory and practical experience are well-integrated. For example, you can complete your ICAIS-practical case as part of your post-Master’s program. This wins you time and expenses, since the assignment counts for the practical part of your RA education and is included in the tuition fee of the EPMA.
  • The program is small-scale and interactive. You will know your fellow students and lecturers well, and there is ample opportunity for personal guidance. Classes have a maximum of 30 students.
  • A great contribution to your network. Since you experience the blocks of classes together with your peers, you will enrich your network and your learning experience with each other. The seminars abroad create a true team spirit among our students.
  • On-the-go training in English business language.
  • The program and employers are selective towards potential students (check your company's policy regarding the EPMA).

We will then design a tailor-made deficiency program for these students.
