Development Program Starting Lecturers Tilburg University
Tilburg University considers it important to support its employees in their professional development. Especially for temporary lecturers, we offer our Development Program Starting Lecturers.
What does the development program involve?
For four years, we provide a program with annual training and support in the areas of didactics, professional and personal skills, and career development. The goal is to prepare you well for your role as a lecturer and/or supervisor and to facilitate you in your role as a professional. In addition, this program will increase your chances on the job market.

For whom?
The program is suitable for employees with the UFO profile Lecturer 4 and Lecturer 3 with a minimum job size of 0.6 FTE and a contract duration of (in principle) at least 4 years. You have recently completed a (research) Master's program and a maximum of 5 years previous work experience (as a lecturer).
Parts of the program may also be of interest to employees with UFO profile Teacher 3 and Teacher 4 with a smaller employment. If you do not fully meet the criteria of contract size or contract duration but are interested in parts of the program, please contact us at: trainingenhr@tilburguniversity.edu.
