Provided that the minor in Human Resource Studies has been completed, the following TSB Bachelor's make you eligible to the Master's program in Human Resource Studies:

• Sociology/sociologie

• Another TSB Bachelor's program

Bachelor’s students of Tilburg School of Economics and Management

You can be admitted when you have successfully completed one of these Bachelor’s programs: Business Economics (Bedrijfseconomie) or International Business Administration including the courses:

• Strategic Human Resource Management
• Causal Analysis Techniques for International Students or MTO-C (the Dutch equivalent)
• Construction and Analysis of Questionnaires for international students or MTO-D (the Dutch equivalent)

Bachelor’s students of University College Tilburg

You are eligible for admission when you have successfully completed the Bachelor’s program Liberal Arts and Sciences with the major in Social Sciences: Human Behavior, including the courses:

• Construction and Analysis of Questionnaires for international students or MTO-D (the Dutch equivalent) 
• Strategic Human Resource Management
• Work Well-being and Performance

This Master's program may be of interest to students with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the areas of economics, political science, management, sociology and psychology.

To start with the program you should have the following prior knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of social science theories
• Basic knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and statistics
• Basic knowledge of relevant subjects in the field of Human Resource Studies, e.g. sociology of organizations, organizational psychology, human resource management.

Applications are considered on a case-by-case basis. Should you fail to meet all the prerequisites for admission to the Master's program, you may be able to make up this so-called deficit by taking an individual pre-Master's program at Tilburg University.

You may qualify for the half-year pre-Master's program in Human Resource Studies.

• If you have completed the pre-master's program successfully, you are automatically admitted to the Master's program in Human Resource Studies starting at the end of January or at the end of August next academic year.
• If you complete the pre-Master’s program in Human Resource Studies, you may also apply for one of the Tilburg School of Social and Behavioral Sciences' Research Master's programs, starting in the fall semester (end of August) of the subsequent academic year. Keep in mind that all other admission criteria still apply.
