The main aim of this project is to valorize and increase the accessibility of data that was collected by various local institutions on health and health behavior, wellbeing, participation and related subjects. This data offers many possibilities, both for science and practice, but it is often underutilized. An example of a project is a collaboration with the municipality of Breda. For this municipality, we looked into the relationship between physical and mental needs, social support and use of Wmo support (Wet Maatschappelijke Ondersteuning), using information from three different datasets to look into multiple aspects of this issue. Combining sources of information that were not combined before has produced new insights for both science and practice.
