Hans van Dijk is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Organization Studies. His research focuses on the relationships among diversity, social equality, and performance. He has conducted various applied research projects for organizations including Shell, Federatie Cultuur, and TakeCareBnB.
He earned his PhD cum laude in 2013 at the department of Human Resource Studies at Tilburg University (dissertation). In 2017 he was granted tenure.
