After eight years, Randall Lesaffer is stepping down as academic editor of Oxford Historical Treaties. This is the digitized version of the 231 volumes of Clive Parry’s Consolidated Treaties Series and contains over 16,000 treaties from between 1648 and 1920.

During these eight years, Randall Lesaffer has written over 50 editorials that highlight various aspects of treaty practice. His final article, ‘Closing time’ has just appeared, together with a small accolade by the former law editor at OUP, John Louth, who took the initiative for the database.
