New issue of the Journal 'Grotiana' with contributions by prof. Randall Lesaffer

The second issue of the 41st volume of the journal Grotiana has recently appeared, centered around the theme 'Grotius on the Use of Force'. In 2018, prof. Randall Lesaffer organized a conference on this subject at the KU Leuven, which formed the basis of this publication. Besides the editorial, he also contributed an article to the volume titled 'Grotius on Reprisal'.
