Research i-HILT

Members of i-HILT participate in the research program 'Global Law and Governance’ of the Department of Global Law and Governance at Tilburg Law School.

Members of this group are also involved in the project Coherence in Law Through Legal Scholarship (CLLS)-ERC Starting Grant on early modern legal writings on collateral rights (security interests), and in the project Causal Pattern Analysis of Economic Sovereignty (CaPANES)-ERC Consolidator Grant.

The i-Hilt group is connected with several international projects, among them the CNRS-funded project PHEDRA (‘Pour une histoire européenne du droit des affaires’, hosted at the University of Lille-II) and the ERC Consolidator Grant project MICOLL (‘Migrating Commercial Law and Language’).

Visitor program

i-HILT @ Tilburg runs a visitor program for foreign researchers to come and spend a research period at Tilburg Law School for a period of up to 6 months.
