People Management Center
The People Management Center (PMC) serves as a network platform in the HRM field to build bridges between business partners and the staff and students of the department of Human Resource Studies at Tilburg University and TIAS Business School.
All parties benefit from good collaborations between academia and business. By bringing academics and practitioners together, we create an environment in which researchers can use the networks or data of the business partners, while at the same time ensuring that scientific research is as closely aligned as possible with the business practice, so that these research results can be applied by our partners and other HR professionals. This will contribute to creating impact and strengthening the HRM field.

In the international research review, our department Human Resource Studies has received a score of 5 out of 5 for societal relevance.
The HRS department
The People Management Center (PMC) is embedded in the HRS department of Tilburg University which focuses on a balanced approach in studying the exchange relationship between employer and employee at different levels of analysis and both from the perspective of the employer and the employee.
