Interview with Prof. Dr. Irmgard Borghouts about the resilience of Generation Z: “Innovative young professionals are gaining ground in the world of entrepreneurship”
On April 26th, an interview with Prof. Dr. Imrgard Borghouts was published on deondernemer.nl about young self-employed individuals. Generation Z, born after 1995, is having a hard time on the labour market. Yet, some of these young self-employed individuals seem to be fine, while working in a somewhat creative way (e.g. being an e-sportscoach or music producer). These young entrepreneurs therefore bring creativity to the labour market, providing some personal development. However, in the long run, these young entrepreneurs should have more social security.
