The Commission opened up consultations on the revision of their Guidelines on the applicability of Article 101 of the TFEU to horizontal co-operation agreements (so-called Horizontal Guidelines). During this interactive Club Med meeting we will discuss suggestions for possible reform in areas of interest and expertise of TILEC Members such as data pools, standardisation agreements and environmental agreements.
