Hague Institute for the Internationalisation of Law (HiiL) is an international research institute that studies the challenges globalisation poses to legal systems, in particular at the national level.
Project leader
Pierre Larouche was the project leader of a HiiL-funded research project titled ' Coping with the Challenges of Globalization - Convergence and Divergence of National Legal Systems '.
This research project was carried out by a group of researchers at the Tilburg Law and Economics Center (TILEC) at Tilburg University.
