TILEC NZa Research Group
The NZa (Dutch Healthcare Authority) and TILEC have engaged in a far-reaching cooperation. Part of this cooperation is that TILEC has committed itself to a number of activities in the mutual interest of TILEC and NZa, while the NZa has provided funding for those activities.

The background for the KNAW-project “Dienstbare Markten” (Markets serving the good society) is a “grand” and old question: what role can markets play in a good society?

REVEAL
The ‘Resilience and Evolution of Economic Activism and the Role of Law’ (REVEAL) research project investigates the origins and causes of the dominance of private rule-making bodies, focusing on their mutability and resilience.

Competition Law and Economics European Network (CLEEN)
The current challenges in competition policy and market regulation require detailed assessments not only from an interdisciplinary but also from an international perspective. In 2007 TILEC was instrumental in setting up a European network of research institutions with a similar focus: CLEEN (Competition Law and Economics European Network).

CoPECL Network of Excellence
The Joint Network on Common Principles of European Contract Law (CoPECL), a network of excellence, funded under the 6th Framework Program of the EC, was started in 2005 and ran until 30 April 2009.

Hague Institute for the Internationalisation of Law (HiiL) is an international research institute that studies the challenges globalisation poses to legal systems, in particular at the national level.

TILEC - AFM - Research Network on Financial Market Regulation
The Dutch financial markets' regulator (Autoriteit Financiele Markten (AFM)) and the Tilburg Law and Economics Center (TILEC) launched the AFM-TILEC Research Network on Financial Market Regulation to promote research into the conduct of financial markets' supervision.

European Corporate Governance Training Network
Corporate governance scandals in the United States and Europe, some of which have triggered the largest insolvencies in history, have caused a crisis of confidence in the corporate sector. As a result, corporate governance has entered the vocabulary of not only of researchers but also of pension fund beneficiaries, employees of all ranks, chief executive officers and Prime Ministers.
