Symposia and conferences Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology, and Society (TILT)
TILT regularly organizes colloquia, symposia & conferences about the legal and social implications of various emerging technologies, ranging from ICT and biotechnologies to neurotechnologies and robotics, in a variety of domains ranging from health care to justice. These events are organized in order to deepen and broaden our networked community, share knowledge to generate synergies, and contribute to the development of the important field of law & technology.
TILT invites people working in the domain of law, technology, and society to give guest seminars on a regular basis. You can keep informed about the dates, topics and speakers of these seminars through our newsletter (if you wish to receive our newsletter, subscribe here) and the website. Here you can find an oversight of the seminars of the past academic year.

TILT regularly organizes TILT Clinics. These clinics are a collaboration between TILT and a business. These clinics are usually structured as follows: During one month, 4 students will work on a practical assignment, commissioned by the business. The students will spend one day a week at TILT and one day a week at the premises of the business. This way, students will be supervised and guided both from an academic as well as an in-house legal & business perspective.
Here you can find if there are currently TILT Clinics open for application. Below you can also find an oversight of the past TILT Clinics.
