New publications by i-Hilt members

Recently, various members of our institute have published on legal historical topics.

Randall Lesaffer published an article in the European Journal of International Law titled 'Aggression before Versailles' (volume 29-3, pp. 773-808).

Of the next issue of Comparative Legal History (volume 6-2), two articles were written by members of our institute. Dave De ruysscher wrote a piece on 19th century pre-insolvency proceedings, titled 'At the end, the creditors win: pre-insolvency proceedings in France, Belgium and the Netherlands (1807?c1910)'. Maurits den Hollander analyzed two late medieval governmental institutions in 'Comparative cultures of accountability: the Scottish exchequer and the audit chamber of Holland between 1477 and 1515'.
