Van der Elst and Lafarre on use of DLT for developing shareholder-company relationships at conferences in Lljbuljana, London and Milan

Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) is more and more used to solve business problems. It is also seen as a valuable tool to improve the relationships, including voting, between shareholders and companies and exchange information.

Christoph F. Van der Elst and Anne J.F. Lafarre present their findings of the use of DLT for developing shareholder-company relationships at several venues, including the corporate governance conference in Lljubljana (9 november), the ECGI Technology and Corporate Governance Roundtable in London (26 november) and the Assonime Corporate Governance Conference in Milan (11 december).

Their presentations are based on several papers of which a recent one can be found here.
