I graduated from Law School in 2010, defending my thesis on Predatory Prices in Brazil. I received a master’s degree in 2014 for my thesis on the Efficiency of Incentive Regulation in the Brazilian Electric Power Industry. I am currently an External PhD Candidate at Maastricht University researching the evolution of Contract of Sale.
I am a member of the Brazilian Bar Association’s Committee on Antitrust Law and the Committee on Consumer Law.
I am also a Sutherland Doctoral Fellow at the University College Dublin, a Maastricht European Private Law Institute M-EPLI member and a Research Associate at the Blockchain for Society Group at Utrecht University. Before joining Tilburg University, I was also the Academic Director and associated with the Centro de Pesquisa em Direito, Tecnologia e Inovação – DTIBR (Research Centre on Law, Technology and Innovation).
My primary areas of interest are European Contract Law, Company Law, Antitrust Law and Regulation, and Law and Technology.
