Bio

I am a Lecturer in the Department of Organization Studies at Tilburg University. I hold a PhD in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Organizations and a minor in Consumer Behavior, I also possess an MSc in Human Resource Management and Managerial Development, along with a BA in Sociology from Turkey.

In my teaching role, I specialize in organizational behavior, with a particular focus on micro-level organizational theories and diversity. My pedagogical approach emphasizes critical thinking and practical application of theoretical concepts.

As a researcher, my interests span various aspects of organizational dynamics. I am particularly passionate about exploring organizational misbehavior, redefining notions of inclusion and exclusion, and conducting self-studies within organizational contexts. Prior to my academic experience, I worked as an HR Assistant in different organizations for several years.
