Bio

I am a PhD student interested in how and why some people can, despite all the injustices present in everyday life, continue to believe that the world is a fair place.

More specifically, I am interested in magical beliefs (i.e., false beliefs, irrational beliefs) that reflect the notion that the world is a fair place, such as the beliefs that suffering and moral behavior will be rewarded in impossible ways.
