Bio

Dr. Jan Hendrik Valgaeren  (°1980) is an historian, jurist and a scholar of political sciences. He teaches several courses at the Liberal Arts School (University College) of Tilburg University. He's also a lawyer working at the Belgian Law Firm Du Mongh Lawyers in Antwerp. He's cosely connected to Art Gallery The Mijlpaal. He has a special interest in Frozen Conflicts (especially in Eastern Europe) and in Looted Art.
