Bio

I am Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellow in the German Institute for International Educational Research (DIPF, Germany) and Post-Doc researcher in the Department of Methodology and Statistics in Tilburg University (the Netherlands). I obtained  my Ph.D. in cross-cultural psychology in Tilburg University, the Netherlands and my M.A. degree in Intercultural Communication from Shanghai International Studies University, China. My current research involves data comparability and validity with innovative designs of item formats and advanced psychometric methods in large-scale international educational surveys. I am also interested in modern research methods such as structural equation modeling, multilevel analysis, and Bayesian statistics.
