After more than ten years of work and education in a broad range of business topics I am now working towards finishing my PhD in management at Tilburg University by September 2021. My doctoral research aims to explore various facets of innovation, ranging from creativity to impact. In addition to my teaching and research activities, I am a committee and task-force member of research programs at the department of management.
I have experience with inductive and deductive research methodlogies as well as modern empirical techniques such as network analysis and Natural Language Processing (NLP). In addition, I have worked as a business practitioner in a variety of roles ranging from consulting to project executor in the creative industries, heavy industries, and the financial sector. I speak English and Persian. I am currently learning Dutch (A2 level).
I have experience in teaching entrepreneurship as well as International Business (IB). My primary interests in teaching focus on innovation and entrepreneurship.
