Bio

Jeske van Beurden her research is rooted in the academic domain of Strategic Human Resource Management. In particular, she is interested in employee perceptions of HR practices and its relationship with employee well-being and performance. Furthermore, she is interested in how individual differences play a role in how employees experience HR practices.
